I was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and have had a natural curiosity about the world around me since I was born. This curiosity now comes from the inside out as an interest to continue my inner exploration and guide others in their own.
Experience
I have been a teacher of children all ages for the past 9 years. I came to Yoga Therapy in 2009 as a way to create transformation in my life, after 10 years of yoga practice. Past patterns and ways of being were keeping me from being present both in teaching and life. I noticed in yoga class that my body would be an integral part of moving forward. Yoga Therapy helped me dig deeper into what was really going on. I must heal my body from the inside out. And my journey continues…
